The first book I'm reviewing, and this will take a minute is the advantage by Patrick Lencioni. He's the guy that, uh, if you haven't read it, uh, wrote five dysfunctions of a team.

An awesome, awesome model for building a really, really high performing leadership teams. The advantage is more of a holistic view on how to create an awesome organization from it.

From a people perspective, it discusses purpose. It discovers that discusses values, it discusses vision, it discusses communication and getting everybody onsite and rowing in the same direction is super easy to understand.

Uh, it's humorous, it's lighthearted. It really, really resonates when you read it, you really, really feel, Uh, where the advice is coming from and what challenges and issues the book is trying to solve.

I give it an absolute 10 out of 10. It is the first book that I give to my clients and say, look, this is why we're doing all this upfront stuff, creating a vision, creating a strategy of your agency.

This is why it's important, and this is how we do it. Uh, it's an awesome book. And that's why it's the first on my list of weekly book reviews.
