Fiona Craig has spent 22 years in creative industries, as a director and leading marketing strategist for world-renowned agencies, clients and brands - and now, she’s part of our team at Digital Agency Coach.

After building a career as a senior strategist for the likes of British Airways, Sainsburys, AXA and McDonald's, with a focus on brand and consumer behaviour, she focused her skills toward behaviour at Director and Board level, providing advice and coaching to Boards and senior leaders. 

Following this, Fiona graduated Henley Business School with a triple-accredited qualification and went on to provide individual, group and team coaching, designed to remove barriers to high performance, and supercharge goals and ambitions, both at an individual, and organisation level.

Fiona specialises in creating a powerful impact by unlocking a space where leaders can do their best thinking. Her coaching and mentoring reaches beyond the situation to understand the individual. Fiona works closely with her clients to provide support and create the headspace needed to bring clarity, purpose and creative problem-solving to the challenges at hand.

Fiona’s coaching style utilises an integrative model which covers behavioural, cognitive, systemic and gestalt approaches; which means she focuses on coaching the person, not the process. She has helped transform agency owners at CEO or C-suite level, or founders and entrepreneurs, as well as leaders and managers from SMEs and corporates. 

Fiona’s holistic and people-first coaching style is matched by her advanced practical and technical expertise in the creative and marketing sectors. Backed by 20+ years of industry experience, Fiona’s background in data-driven tech solutions, especially first-party data, Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty and Customer Experience means she has a practical understanding of digital agencies.
