Craig joined our team after founding, building and ultimately selling South Africa’s most successful social media marketing agency. Craig now coaches and mentors digital agency leaders across the globe, from the USA to Barcelona and the UK to New Zealand.

He specialises in helping clients to understand the behaviours and structures at the core of every successful agency and then helps to build a focus on growth, profit and exit planning.

Over the space of 15 years, Craig built and eventually sold his own agency to WPP. As the leader of South Africa’s most successful social media marketing agency, Craig had the privilege of working with global brands and exceptionally talented clients ranging from Google to Vodacom, and Absa to Coca-Cola. 

This culminated in 2006 when Craig was tasked with the monumental honour of launching Google in South Africa.

Craig has the track record to provide consistent and experienced objectivity, a different perspective or helping you see a problem from a new angle is critical.

He has done it before and deals with many companies facing similar problems which allows for a broader place of knowledge and trends.

The decade and a half of business, leadership and mentorship lessons Craig learnt along the way have shaped his reputation as a successful businessperson and mentor. This led Craig to turn his focus to digital agency coaching when he founded his own practice, The Agency Coach, to help fellow agency leaders achieve the same success and freedom he found for himself.  

Craig combines his formal business training and knowledge with the years of first-hand agency experience to specialise in Strategy, Growth, Profit and primarily, Exit Planning consultancy. He not only understands what it takes to build and sell a digital agency, he also understands the gravitas behind this final goal which so many career agency leaders aspire to achieve.
